Our early bird and master of all things ‘Bootcamp’. Always willing to get stuck in, master of a zoom call and our candidates love giving him a google review! Pushing our Perm Division to the next level.

Back from maternity and straight back in at the deep end- ready to tackle all that is thrown at her to the best of her ability. Handles situations with knowledge and skill and has some great ideas to push the Simple business forward in the right direction. Welcome Back.
Richard
Fondly known as BDR (Big Daddy Rich), there is no stone left unturned, no mountain he’s not willing to climb and no one he’s not ready to help. BDR has brought many new opportunities to the Simple team and will sing our story to anyone who will listen.
Mallory
Our Malsy ‘The Silent Assassin’. New to our Perm Division and definitely found her niche. Diligent, scrupulously dedicated and a joy to have in the office.
Christie
Christabelle started with the team as a Branch Administrator and worked her way up to become Resourcer and more recently now Consultant on the Perm Team and already making brilliant in roads. Excellent telephone manner and no one she doesn’t know in Wiltshire ????
Max
The newest member of Team Simple and already making his mark. Avidly competitive, like ‘Quick Draw McGraw’ on the telephone and a strong determination to succeed. Welcome to the mad house Max.
Jason
Our Finance Director and all round ‘legend’ and most importantly my husband. Never really gets the accolade he deserves. Jason has been with me from Day 1 of Simple he has seen first-hand ever trial and tribulation.
It should be known he selflessly gave up his own successful business/career as a Chartered Accountant in order to enable us to grow as a family and have a second child. Initially being a stay-at-home Daddy to look after our daughter allowing me to return to work to continue running Simple. Then joining us on a part time basis to take up all things Finance (& Maintenance). Truth be told Simple wouldn’t be what it is today without him – Thank you Nance!
Heather
Our longest serving team member, who has been with me through thick and thin. A joy to have in the team and always ready to lend a hand. Makes a mean Lemon Drizzle and terribly particular on the colour of her tea!
Charlie
Making ideas a reality. Interprets my ideas / drawing’s / post it notes/ late night WhatsApp’s and puts them into practice perfectly. Mastered all our socials/website/job boards, teaches herself the things she doesn’t know/isn’t sure of. Always happy to take on a challenge.
Off to pastures new, will be sorely missed and we wish her every success! Don’t forget us.

Kimmy has carried out various roles within Simple Recruitment and has built up an excellent knowledge base for what we do and also great relationships with both our candidates and clients and of course our internal team.

First and Foremost, Jay is Simple Recruitment, it is at the front of her brain at all waking moments and unfortunately for her, probably in her dreams too!!!
Over the past 13 years of the Business, I cannot even guess the number of times, she will have gone the extra mile for clients, temps and internal staff to help out, smooth issues and remove obstacles – no matter what time of day (or night) or regardless of where she may have been – on holiday or even Maternity wards!
I find myself in a very fortunate position, whereby I can call this amazingly strong, intelligent and business minded lady, not just BOSS, but also Wife, Bestie and Mother to my Girls – Blessed x
