Rebecca what an absolutely lovely lady, from day one of a phone call to filling out my forms to my before/after interview, to being successful in my new role, and still she has been supportive, caring, professional and encouraging, she made me feel at ease (at 50 going into the workplace is never racking) couldn’t ask for better, great firm, great team, other employees have emailed advice, very very good at communicating what benefits you have to payroll to contracts, I am so happy in my new role and cannot thank Rebecca enough

Love these people! Had an initial chat with Netty and arranged an interview.
When I arrived I was met by the lovely Jayla who made me so welcome and I knew instantly I would be looked after.
Netty was just lovely in my interview, so down to earth. I literally had the interview on Thursday and call with a prospective employer within a day. After 3 months with Simple Recruitment I am now employed with the employer they introduced me to. One very happy candidate 😀.

The office staff are all always friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with wages or holidays. Pay is on time and always correct.
Even if there are no assignments available, they keep you up to date on what’s happening. I can’t fault them

Finding myself redundant in my early 60's and not having a great deal of faith with online applications which give little if any feedback, I felt my best option would be to enrol with a recruitment agency. Miriam was incredibly reassuring when I first walked in to discuss my status and latterly a couple of chats with Mallory regarding a possible position made me realise things weren't quite as bleak as I had believed they could be. Simply the best! Pardon the pun but Simple are one of the best agencies I've worked for, and I've worked for more than a few.
Kim and the team at Simple are fantastic at what they do, they got me a good position that filled in a gap in my employment perfectly and when dealing with various people at the agency communication has been excellent and all the individuals ive dealt with have been professional and treat their candidates as humans rather than resources.

This is the second time apply for work through the agency, and the second time I've been met with avid agents intent on helping to quickly, and with minimal hassle, find me a suitable work placement. I've normally not had very good experiences with recruitment agencies but Simple Recruitment were fantastic. They made the job application process feel seemless and checked in to ask how everything was going at each stage. I was offered the job from the interview they had arranged for me, and felt the staff dealing with my application were genuinely invested in my career and happy for me too. Very thorough and personable recruiters which feels like somewhat of a rarity these days, I would definitely use them again in future.
