We will be beginning our visits with the usual calendars/planners and such in the coming weeks of early December.
Last year, we decided to do something different and instead of taking Festive Goodies and Christmas Cards to our clients, we used those movies to buy sleeping bags and other essentials for the homeless community in Bath.
This year, as Jayla our Director is due to give birth mid-December, we realised that taking the items out ourselves as we did last year would be rather difficult. As fate would have it, we crossed paths with Laney and Mark, an exceptional couple residing in Paulton who have spent every Saturday since Christmas 2014, walking a three to four-mile route around the city of Bath, distributing food packages, thermal socks, fingerless gloves, feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, packs of underwear, shower gels/shampoos, dog food and other such items to those they find living on the streets.
We knew right away that we wanted to get involved with their cause and chose to donate some of the above products to assist with their Christmas deliveries.
