As an Operations Manager, I ensure that all of Simple Recruitment’s operational functions are carried out in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with our founding principles and quality requirements. I have successfully run commercial and industrial temp and perm desks, as well as dabbled in Marketing and Compliance functions within Simple.
I fully support working mums because knuckling down and continuing with my personal development is, and was always a big part of me that I wasn’t prepared to give up on.
