Refuse & Recycling Loaders

The Job
We are recruiting for Refuse & Recycling Loaders to support our client’s waste and recycling operations across North Devon. These are temporary positions offering consistent daytime hours with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect household refuse and recycling bins from residential properties
• Load waste safely onto collection vehicles
• Assist with keeping public areas clean where required
• Work closely with the driver and wider collection team to complete designated routes efficiently
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times

About You

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work as part of a team in a physically demanding role
• Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Previous experience within waste, recycling or a similar environment is advantageous but not essential
