Night Shift VNA/ Reach Truck Driver

The Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift driver to join a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting warehouse efficiency and ensuring goods are stored and retrieved safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-level order picking from high-bay racking systems.
• Operating VNA and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently.
• Using “man-up” trucks, where the operator cab elevates with the forks.
• Stock replenishment and put-away of incoming goods.
• Loading full pallets into designated racking locations.
• Ensuring accurate stock movement and inventory control.
• Carrying out daily pre-use safety checks on equipment.
• Adhering to all site health and safety policies and procedures.
• Working towards daily productivity targets and KPIs.

About You:
We’re looking for a confident and experienced forklift operator who can work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

You will need:

• A valid, in-date VNA and Reach Truck licence – ITSSAR, RTITB, or equivalent accredited certification is essential.
• Previous experience operating VNA or Reach Trucks within a warehouse environment is essential.
• Excellent spatial awareness and the ability to work safely in narrow aisles and confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
• A good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
