Night Shift VNA/ Reach Truck Driver

The Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift driver to join a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting warehouse efficiency, and ensuring goods are stored and retrieved safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-level order picking from high-bay racking systems
• Operating VNA and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Using “man-up” trucks where the operator cab elevates with the forks
• Stock replenishment and put-away of incoming goods
• Loading full pallets into designated racking locations
• Ensuring accurate stock movement and inventory control
• Carrying out daily pre-use safety checks on equipment
• Adhering to all site health and safety policies and procedures
• Working towards daily productivity targets and KPIs

About you:

• Valid, in-date VNA and Reach Truck licence (ITSSAR, RTITB, or equivalent accredited certification) is essential
• Previous experience operating VNA or Reach Trucks within a warehouse environment is essential
• Excellent spatial awareness and ability to work safely in narrow aisles and confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
