Early/Afternoon Shift: £13.22 per hour Evening Shift: £19.16 per hour

Hours

Week 1 (Early Shift):
Monday to Thursday: 6.00am to 2.00pm
Friday: 6.00am to 1.00pm

Week 2 (Afternoon Shift):
Monday to Thursday: 2.00pm to 10.00pm
Friday: 1.00pm to 8.00pm

Week 3 (Night Shift):
Monday to Thursday: 10.00pm to 6.00am
Friday: 8.00pm to 3.00am

Full description

What will you be doing?

Ensuring production lines are kept fed with blocks of cheese
Rotating stock and ensuring the correct product is supplied to each production line
Operating a forklift truck to move pallets of cheese into, out of, and around a busy production area
Using handheld scanning guns to book stock in and out of the department
Crossing a public highway when required, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential
Providing cover for production line operatives during staff breaks
Supporting the wider department with additional duties as required, as this is not solely a forklift driving role

What do you need to have?

A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
A full UK driving licence
Previous experience operating a forklift within a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
Good attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
A flexible approach and willingness to undertake additional production duties when required
