The Job:
After a training induction that must be attended prior to starting the job, you’ll be working as part of a three-person team and will be responsible for cleaning up streets and public spaces across the Banes region.
The role will involve carrying out a variety of cleansing and environmental maintenance duties to help keep public areas clean and safe.
Responsibilities include sweeping and litter picking, weeding, emptying litter bins, and operating machinery where required.
The position is manual and physically demanding and will involve clearing streets and public areas, including the removal of dead animals, dog fouling, and human waste, in line with health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements:
- This is a physically demanding position therefore requires an individual who is willing to carry out regular manual handling and physical duties.
- Punctual and positive.
- A driving license is required as your team will be required to drive to multiple sites across Bath.
