Ad Hoc Night Porter

The Job:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Night Porter to support our client’s hotel team on a temporary basis. This is a night shift role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring guests receive excellent service while helping the smooth running of the hotel overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking after guests throughout the night and providing excellent customer service
• Answering guest queries and resolving issues where possible
• Setting up conference rooms ready for meetings and events
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Settling guest bills and completing end-of-day procedures
• Ensuring key cards are returned before guest check-out
• Carrying out general night porter duties and maintaining a safe, secure environment

About You:

• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer service role is required
• Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with guests
• Trustworthy with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts
• Reliable, punctual and able to remain calm under pressure
