Grounds Maintenance Operatives

What you will be doing:

• Driving to various sites to keep the areas up to a professional standard
• Use of heavy machinery ie: large pedestrian mower, cow horn strimmer and 2 stroke hedge cutters etc.
• Tasks may include trimming, raking and weeding to ensure the upkeep in various areas
• Horticultural knowledge, knowing the gardening basics would be an advantage
• Watering of new tree stock
• Ensure footpaths and other hard surfaces are in a clean condition
• Providing a service to the public
• Other duties as required

What do you need to have:
The role requires candidates to hold a full driving licence as you will be driving to various sites across Bath and the local area.
You will enjoy working outdoors and be happy to work in any weather conditions.
You will need to be physically fit, punctual and reliable as you will be working as part of a team.
