Baker

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation and production of bakery products
• Slicing and packaging of products
• Labelling finished goods
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Supporting the wider production team as required

About You:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate and Allergen certificate are an essential due to the nature of this role
• Previous experience within baking and kitchen environment is essential
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have good attention to detail
• Be comfortable working as part of a team
• Hold a good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
