Production Operative (L1)

The Job:
As a Production Operative, you will be working steadily and methodically to undertake routine manual handling tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Requires individual to turn and stack blocks of product to fit correctly under the machine
• Working steadily and methodically to carry out routine manual handling tasks
• Bagging and sealing product and checking for foreign body contaminants
• Operating and monitoring production equipment safely
• Undertaking manual handling tasks including hand stacking product
• Use of computer and paper based systems to accurately record operational data into company’s systems, such as QIS and NAV
• Working within all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Authenticity, Legality and Quality Standards
• To carry out any other work or task(s) determined to be within your level of competence, to meet the needs of the business

Key Requirements:

• Basic numeracy and literacy level
• This is an active role; therefore, you must be physically fit with no lingering injuries
• Due diligence with a keen eye for detail
• A valid driver’s license as you will not be able to access the job location via public transport
