I fell in love with recruitment from the moment I started all the way back in 2002 (when I had a spring in my step and my back ached far less often… those were the days). The opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and help individuals with their careers has particularly been a great pleasure in my career.
My mission has always been to make recruitment simple for candidates and clients alike. Honest communication. Reliability. Professionalism. These are the good old-fashioned principles that I aim to implement in everything I do. They’re the core reason why Simple Recruitment was founded.
I rule over my small army of “Simpletons” with an unforgiving attitude and an iron grip. Kidding of course. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching my company blossom into the wonderful workplace it is today and it’s because of the hard-working and talented people that call Simple Recruitment home. Our trusted morals and values have remained the same since day one and they are never going to change. EVER. Together, is there anything Simple Recruitment can’t achieve? Complex algebra perhaps, but I don’t think that’s too relevant in our industry (phew).
