Our Client in Frome is looking for persuasive, tenacious and experienced Telemarketing Executive to work on a wide variety of campaigns including membership support, appointment making and event bookings. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.
Salary:
£9.75 per hour (rising after training)
The successful applicant will have:
- Ideally already worked in an outbound customer service role
- Ability to quickly develop rapport build relationships
- You must be able to multi-task, have fast and accurate keyboard skills, [be happy updating client records at the same time as speaking to people on the phone]
- Good IT skills, to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
