Our client in Timsbury are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their small team on a permanent basis.
General Tasks are:
*general admin work
*answering incoming calls
*deal with both customers & contractors
*deal with suppliers
*liaising with internal departments
The right candidate should be:
*proficient in Word and Excel
*able to work on their own as I have to be out of the office
*willing to learn the products
*willing to learn new software
*have the will to work hard and take the initiative
*able to communicate effectively
The right candidate will be adaptable, hardworking and can think on their feet as well as being driven to progress within the role.
Full training will be given.
Salary on offer £18,000
Hours of work: 8.00am to 5.00pm
