Our client based in central Bath is looking for a Multilingual Insurance Claim Handler to join their busy team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all administration related aspects of Insurance claims. The role is customer service focused, requires a good level of computer literacy, and involves working in a small team of claims handlers and valuers in a fast-paced claims department.
*New insurance claims data entry
*Dealing with policyholder and client queries by phone and email
*Logging and reviewing incoming post
*Arranging settlement for policyholders once claims are authorised.
*Assisting other claims teams as required.
The role requires the staff member to be able to speak one or all of the following languages: Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi.
They are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, to ensure accurate data entry and thorough claim-related document review.
The ideal candidate will work well as part of a small team, demonstrating a positive and pro-active approach to all allocated tasks, working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth customer Journey.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable, as is any previous customer services experience.
Excellent location for commuting close to both train and bus station.
Competitive salary is on offer for the right candidate and will be dependant upon experience.
