Our client based in Trowbridge are seeking a Manufacturing Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be able to provide dedicated and quality product support across a busy manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing Operative Salary:
Manufacturing Operative Key responsibilities will include:
- Weighing and formulation of raw materials/products.
- Manual Handling of items +25kg.
- Use of MHE (pallet trucks/drum trollies).
- Product quality checks.
- Use of company IT systems and processes (training provided).
- Opportunities for additional training across the wider business.
Due to the nature of our clients business you may be required to carry out alternative and/or additional duties from time to time.
Manufacturing Operative Requirements:
Experience in similar environments is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. It is to be noted that this is a physical role so physical fitness essential. You will be adaptable to working within a busy manufacturing environment and have a willingness to learn and develop within the role, and the wider business.
Manufacturing Operative Hours:
Hours are worked over a 3 Week rotating Shift pattern. Week 1 working days from 6am till 2pm. Week 2 working lates from 2pm till 10pm and week 3 working nights from 10pm till 6am.
