This is an exciting opportunity to work in central Bath for a thriving company in a friendly and professional environment. Working within the Virtual Practices department. You will learn new IT skills and be part of an ever-growing team.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Providing remote support as well as provide document and scripting services to clients using the in-house system.

MAIN DUTIES:

*Providing Frontline telephone/e-mail support on company software.
*To carry out the remote installation of the company’s software on the client’s desktops when required.
*Dealing with client queries on 3rd party integration issues (Microsoft Word/Outlook).
*Amending/adding documents to the client’s firm folders within their system upon request.
*Scripting changes and additions to client firm folders.
*Restarting of client app servers when necessary
*Keeping up to date with new releases of company software.
*Leasing with other departments where necessary to resolve client issue/requests

HOURS: Office hours are Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (one-hour lunch break).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word.

Be keen to learn new IT skills and have excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail

Salary competitive depending on experience
