Digital Customer Service Representative

Westbury

Our client based in Westbury are seeking a Digital Customer Service Representative to join their team on a Permanent basis.

Digital Customer Service Representative Salary:

£18,000 – £22,000 per annum

Digital Customer Service Representative Key responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for customers looking for help or information.
  • Providing information about products or services.
  • Deal with any customer issues that arise.
  • Take instructions for website updates.
  • Other duties as and when required.

Digital Customer Service Representative Requirements:

You will have a proven track record of working in a Customer Service based role. An understanding of websites/SEO/PPC as well as some previous experience or exposure to B2B is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Digital Customer Service Representative Hours:

Hours are between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.
