Our client based in Trowbridge are looking for an IT Administrator to join their team to support the day-to-day existing business applications, and identify, analyse and support the implementation of enhancements to those systems, while improving business processes across all facilities globally.

Support responsibilities:
·Manage business process
·Co-ordination of all business system problems and issue resolution
·Investigate and analyse all business application issues
·Identify system/business area to resolve issue
·Agree corrective actions
·Confirm resolution in place
·Provide communication updates on issue progress and resolution

Business process development and change management.
·Working with users to confirm scope, identify and document business requirements.
·Working with IT and users to identify system usage and solutions to support business requirements.
·Identifying changes to existing processes and impact on existing roles, responsibilities and functional structures.
·Production of Business Requirements documents, Business Specifications, Change Controls, Impact Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Project Initiation Documents and business flows.
·Liaison between business users, third party technology partners and support analysts across business areas to co-ordinate inter-dependent activities
·Co-ordination of Integration Testing, UAT and End to End Tests including production of Test Plans and working with users & IT to identify test criteria, test conditions and test data.
·Provide training and documentation to support full handover of solutions to Users
·Provide communication updates on change management status, risks and issues
·Where appropriate, manage end to end activities and phases of full project cycle
·Work with the business to ensure project benefits are realized through use of IT as defined in project approval criteria.
·Participates in the design and maintenance of an architecture vision covering, applications, data and technology.
·Provide an effective application support service. This will involve liaison with external suppliers and globally based support groups as well as internal customers.

Skills and experience sought:
·Minimum 3 years’ experience of business analysis and systems support
·Business/Systems background in ERP projects is desired.
·Experience of fashion or beauty industry (desirable)
·Experience of working in an international organization
·Experience of UAT, system integration and associated testing is required. Understanding of system architecture and interfaces
·Merchandising systems
·Vendor compliance systems
·Systems integration, preferably through EAI
·Experience of SQL or BI applications.
