Our client based in Exeter are looking for a Bookkeeping and Payroll Assistant to join their team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*To assist with our bookkeeping service line.
*To assist in providing a bookkeeping service on a variety of systems to include Excel spreadsheets,
Sage and Quickbooks.
*To provide guidance and assistance to our clients with regards to the “Making Tax Digital” initiative.
*To assist in preparing VAT returns and supporting records.
*To assist with administering an efficient and effective payroll service to a portfolio of clients.
*To assist with administering a wide assortment of payrolls, dealing with a variety of clients.
*To assist with maintaining all payroll records by ensuring that all records are filed in an accurate and
