Our client based in Radstock is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. The main aspect of the role will be to provide guidance and practical support to managers in the conduct of all day-to-day HR issues to ensure that people-issues are managed professionally, fairly and consistently to meet the best interests of the organisation and to promote positive people-orientated culture.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5-7.
Main responsibilities include:
*HR administration and documentation
*Discipline, grievance, capability and dismissal
*Policies and procedures
*Employment performance evaluation
*Other duties as required
Hours: 40-hour week
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
